An At-Home Wedding
Happy 2017! Hope everyone had a great start this new year!
A few months back, Benita from Florals by Benita asked me if I would like to collaborate with her in a shoot together with other local vendors. And of course I am super excited to participate!
They are having a marble themed home wedding shoot and I am supposed to come out with a set of simple stationery to compliment the shoot.
You can now purchase this set from my website.
The home concept is also a new idea for couples who want a simple and humble wedding at their own cozy little space.
I have to say Benita and the stylists from Flour worked really hard for this. They've prepared so many elements, the coordination and details of this set up were flawless! And the photos were breathtaking thanks to the outstanding work of Caline Ng Photography.
All vendors who make this shoot a success!

The set was actually at Benita's beautiful home. I spotted the unit immediately when I saw those lovely foliage on the gate. :)
The beautiful hand bouquet for the bride. Love the color story of the flowers for the whole set up too! The combination is just so cheerful, like a carefree wild garden.
In Singapore, people still do not have the culture of incorporating stationeries into their pre-wedding or wedding day shoot.
But I feel it is quite nice and meaningful to capture them in photos. Especially now, many couples are spending quite abit on customizing their own invitations. Why not plan earlier and make it more worthwhile by having the stationeries as props for your wedding style shoot which can be kept for eternity? ;p
Love this picture of my stationery set, it was actually being shot on Benita's kitchen floor. lol! ;p
The contrast with the tiles is so unique!
Benita's pet bunny was also being borrowed for the shoot, and he is super cute and cooperative!
All the desserts were baked by Jophia from Flour, she is so talented! And during this period, she is also pregnant with baby Kaylee whom will be due very soon! Cannot imagined her putting out a whole table of sweet treats all alone for this event!
Throughout the shoot, the whole place is filled with the smell of food, I am salivating just by recalling back the scene. ;p
It was really a very fun and eye opening experience. Let's hope I have more opportunities like this in the future! :D
